At FPGA-CAFE/FabLab Tsukuba, you can use all tools free when you agree that must open every information of tools, ideas, design, process, and what you build using by these tools under the open source license (ex.Creative Commons, BSD License, etc.). And, you must pay some supplies cost for use. It is better that you prepare some extra materials for prepareing to fault design, miss-operation, or the other mistakes.
